I believe real estate agent commissions should be reasonable. Though I have become increasingly successful over the years, reaching Top 5% in the country, we have maintained a reasonable commission rate.

In the Portland metro area and in SW Washington we charge 1.7% commission to sell a home.

In Salem and Bend metro areas, we charge 2% commission to sell a home.

Despite our team’s long history of success, we are firmly dedicated to charging a reasonable commission rate.

Yes, it is true. Anytime during our listing period the seller can give us 24 hour notice to cancel the listing agreement and they will not be charged. After the 24 hour notice expires, the seller can sell it themselves or hire a different real estate agent with no strings attached (this is not typical in our industry). The only time the seller cannot cancel is when we are in an active contract with a buyer. We believe in fair and easy contracts that don’t lock the seller in.
