1.7% Commission to Sell a Home
In the Portland metro area and in SW Washington we charge 1.7% commission to sell a home. In Salem and Bend, we charge 2% commission to sell a home. We never charge any additional fees (all our services are included) and we back up our contracts with a cancel anytime policy for no charge. The commission is only due if we sell the home, otherwise there is no charge for our services.

Cancel anytime during the listing period with 24 hours notice for no charge. If our clients are not happy for any reason, they can cancel with no consequences (this is not the way listing contracts commonly work). Of course, once you are in contract with a buyer you cannot cancel, any other time during the listing period you can give 24 hours notice and then sell it yourself or with anyone else you’d like the next day without any cost.
